The SMP brand is operated by two group entities:

SMP IT Consultancy LLC-S.P.C is a UAE limited liability company registered in Abu Dhabi. It is the parent entity of the SMP group, the applicant of record for the UAE trademark application covering the SMP brand, and the contracting entity for UAE-side and other GCC-side commercial relationships.

Smart Management Properties LLC is a Florida limited liability company registered with the Florida Department of State under entity number L23000542138. It is the contracting entity for US-side commercial relationships and the applicant of record for the US trademark application covering the SMP brand.

References on this website to "SMP", "we", "us", or "our" mean the SMP group as a whole or, where the context requires, the specific group entity that contracts with you.

SMP is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and operates US-side activities through its Florida-incorporated entity.
