Joseph Peteul
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Joseph brings exceptional strategic insight and global business expertise to SMP as a co-founder and key member of our Strategic Board. As the founder and managing partner of Kendall Gateway Group, he leverages his extensive international experience to guide SMP's growth initiatives and market positioning.
With a distinguished background in investment banking, Joseph has advised numerous boards and business owners, orchestrating more than 100 transactions across diverse industries and international markets. Before founding Kendall Gateway, he served as Deputy CEO for North America at a multinational corporation, leading go-to-market strategy and expansion.
Hicham Meremi
Chief Financial Officer
Hicham brings deep expertise in wealth management and financial strategy to SMP. He previously led a wealth management division at BNP Paribas, one of Europe's largest banking institutions, managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients across international markets.
Fluent in four languages, Hicham oversees SMP's financial operations and investor relations, bringing a global perspective to our growth strategy across the US and UAE.

Nathalie brings decades of experience in the aviation industry to SMP. Throughout her career, she has worked across all areas of airline operations—from cargo and passenger services to commercial operations and ground handling—culminating in her role as Station Manager at Etihad Airways. This international experience has given her comprehensive expertise in operational management, leading multicultural teams, and optimizing complex processes.

She manages strategic partner relationships and ensures client satisfaction through precise execution of all installations. Lucas is a serial entrepreneur and technologist with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling digital products. As a three-time co-founder and CTO, he has led technical development for multiple mobile applications and platforms, from concept to launch.
